S&B Herba Foods Ltd is a leading Rice, Pasta and Pulses business in the UK (part of the Ebro Foods Group) serving the wholesale, retail and food manufacturing industries.

The Role:

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to provide administrative support at their Fulbourn Mill (Cambridgeshire), in particular supporting the General Manager and Shipping Manager. The role will include:

  • Assisting and supporting the Shipping Department
  • Accurately administering the site's purchase orders
  • Collating and distributing of Quality/Technical Certificates to Customers
  • Provide holiday cover in regard to wages preparation & stock movements
  • General reception duties, maintaining and ordering stationery, arranging lunches for meetings
  • Maintaining filing/archiving system
  • Franking post and parcels; arranging couriers
  • Preparing sales contracts

Ideally, candidates should:

  • Have general administrative experience
  • Be familiar with using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Have some shipping or logistic knowledge
  • Be able to prioritise and understand deadlines
  • Have an understanding of ERP systems, in particular Navision or SAP

Full training will be given to the right candidate.
