This employer are specifically looking for someone with a background in Office Administration to help develop this thriving business, who will be enthusiastic about administration tasks and is interested in exploring new opportunities.

Based in Uckfield, East Sussex, this exciting and varied role will see the successful candidate providing Administrative support to the team, processing sales orders, purchase order, customer and supplier invoices, general office administration tasks and providing excellent Customer Service.

Experience or a good understanding of Internal Combustion Engines would be a distinct advantage. Selling to a broad range of clients, products include High Temperature Exhaust Insulation, Fuel Handling Equipment, AdBlue Handling Equipment, Exhaust Spark Arrestors, Air Intake Shutdown Valves, Air Intake Precleaners, Exhaust Catalysts & Soot Filters. Full Training is Provided.

Required skills
- Experience of sage would be beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation required
- Great rapport building skills and happy talking to clients on the phone and by email
- Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Position would suit a candidate with the following skill sets
- Positive and happy
- Industry Experience would be a bonus
- Quick to learn and able to multi task.
- Embraces change and improvements.
- Is organised, able to complete tasks efficiently and prioritise their own workload.
- Works well within a diverse team of people and can maintain a high level of professionalism even in an informal working environment.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing sales orders and purchase orders
- Dealing with inbound calls as well as making outbound calls
- Liaising with Goods in/out for booking stock in and managing regular stock takes
- Processing End of Day invoicing for customers and other administration tasks
- Entering supplier invoices to Sage
- Following up on potential sales enquiries or directing enquires to the sales team
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- General office administrative tasks as part of the team.

Status: Permanent - Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 exc. Public Holidays

Package: Negotiable Basic Salary, Bonus Scheme, Private Health Cover, 24 Days Holiday, Pension, Free parking
