OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – PART TIME

SALARY: £10,500 pa

BENEFITS: Company Pension, 10 days holiday

HOURS: 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday.  To be agreed

LOCATION: Bromley BR1

Established in 1996, our client is a small international freight forwarding agents for sea / air and land transport of goods.

Due to continued success they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator providing administrative/accounting support to the Finance Director.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers and suppliers.
  • Inputting supplier invoices.
  • Raising invoices and despatch paperwork/statement of accounts to clients.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • This is a part time job share position and although part time the successful application must be flexible and be able to do some full time working to cover holidays and any sickness.
  • Experience with Sage & Excel would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ideally the successful person will have worked in a small office environment within the freight industry.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude.
