A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Administrator has arisen and is to be based at our client’s offices in Milton Keynes. Our client is part of a group of companies supplying specialist alloys to customers in a wide range of markets across Europe. This progressive company is active in the aerospace, chemical processing, oil and gas and power generation markets.
The Administrator’s main role is to support the Operations Department in day to day administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
The ideal candidate will have very good attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, will be flexible & work well as part of a team.
All employees are required to co-operate fully in making use of manpower, according to the demands of the business. In particular they are expected to undertake any task at the direction of their Manager in which they are experienced or have been trained; accept any necessary training for tasks in which they are not experienced; and assist in the training of others.
Skills and Abilities: Qualifications/Licenses
Attention to detail First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
Effective communication (written and verbal)
MS Office Proficient
Metals industry background would be advantageous
