Administrator – Construction – St Anglia – Driver is preferred

Salary: Up to £18k DOE + 30 Holidays inc stats + Auto enrolment pension

I am working exclusively with my client who is a leading safety solutions company. They specifically work within the construction industry and manage core developments nationwide. Due to an increase in orders, they are now seeking an Administrator to join their team in East Anglia.

The Role:

As an Administrator you will be supporting a team which includes the Hire Desk Controllers and the Depot Operations Manager. This is a critical role within the business which ensures a smooth running of the office.

You will be responsible for:  

  • Dealing with general administration, filing, photocopying, mail sorting and scanning
  • Record all staff attendance/ absence
  • Record all employee training
  • Prepare documents for weekly/ monthly reports
  • Log all phone queries, advise where possible and send to the relevant department
  • Support with orders, log onto CRM system
