Thompsons Solicitors is looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator – if you are focused, organised and have high levels of accuracy, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The Office Administrator will manage and supervise a busy team of Administration Assistants, to ensure the delivery of a proactive, professional and high quality support service to lawyers and support staff across the Leeds office. The role provides an opportunity to get involved with multiple areas of the business including branch, office and HR support. If you have initiative and are dependable, with great communication and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail, then this could be the ideal role for you.
This role is integral to the smooth and efficient running of the office and offers exposure to key stakeholders.
This is a varied role, covering a wide range of office administrative tasks such as supporting managers, liaising with HR and leading the Admin Support Team. In order to be successful you will be required to demonstrate the following:
Experience of office management
Experience of managing and leading a team
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and CRM systems
Administration knowledge of office, payroll and finance procedures
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
