Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator on behalf of a key client. The role is crucial to the business as it supports the smooth running of a major function in the business.
To be successful in the role you will have exceptional organisational skills and time management skills. You will be able to multi task and manage conflicting priorities in a calm and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Ensure all day to day administrative functions are provided for the site. This includes but is not limited to; incoming and outgoing post, stationery orders, facilitating meeting rooms, ensuring office equipment is in working order -Procurement administration for the office; requisitions, goods receipting, invoice queries -Coordinate office training and development requirements including all training bookings -Administer the intranet site -Ownership and update of administrative systems including monthly reporting -Administer incident reporting system -Liaison with general site facilities administration -Induction support -Archiving procedures
