Job Description
Working hours will be on a shift rota basis working hours between 9am - 6.30pm Monday to Saturday.
You will be responsible for guiding our new property owners through their first 12 weeks of holiday letting
Welcoming owners and setting up all new properties, through collation and negotiation of commercial features and quality, Health and Safety approval, followed by guiding each owner and monitoring pricing and booking pace through their first 12 weeks, before being handed over to our Owner Services team.
You will be responsible for ensuring a world class speed to market process that is executed with a thorough and rigorous quality sign off process recognised through customer experience and enhanced CSAT scores.
Measurements of success is recognised through the number of new properties that go live on web, a reduction in days for speed to market (Contract to go live), an approved CSAT and quality score by week 12, 95% success rate of tick rating categorisation and an approved overall booking pace.
The New Owner Executive will have a proven track record in a fast paced and highly detailed role, with sales through service and quality assurance being front of mind.

About You:
You should have proven experience in a customer facing role requiring strong communication and negotiating skills, ability to work to deadlines, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.
Experience in property or holiday letting would be desirable but not essential.
Experience in a quality assurance role would also be beneficial but not essential.
