National Accounts Specialist – Competitive Salary + Benefits – Hitchin, Hertfordshire

The Role

We are now recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic National Accounts Specialist to join our team in Hitchin to provide a single point of contact and be the face to the customer within our business. Specialists are required to react in order to find the right solution to minimise response times to get customers back on track as quickly as possible, with minimum disruption. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a dynamic and rapidly growing business and develop your career.

As part of a team and looking after your own accounts, the National Accounts Specialist will be:

  • Managing all of the work orders for their assigned accounts, from PPM’s (Pre-Planned Maintenance) to quoted work to reactive visits
  • Working closely with internal teams, including our six branches, to ensure a smooth running of the customers operation
  • Invoicing in line with account requirements
  • Monitoring and managing customer specific portals as well as processes, and communicating these to the branches and engineering workforce when necessary
  • Preparing reports on a range of data, specific to client requests to continually monitor client accounts, dealing with issues as and when they arise
