Elevation Recruitment Business Support are currently supporting a key client with the recruitment of an Multi Lingual Export Administrator. This is a 9 month fix term contract.
The successful candidate will be motivated and flexible in their approach and have a positive can do attitude.
It is essential that this person speaks fluent French & Spanish.
Key Accountabilities: -Providing support to the Sales team, helping to secure and expand the future of the business. -Day-to-day administrative management of French & Spanish key accounts along with assisting with any other key accounts required -Order processing and producing the appropriate documentation -Arranging transport & producing export documentation -Providing administrative support to the sales and technical teams on various projects -Maintaining various analysis records -Telephone and email interaction with customers -Telephone and email interaction with suppliers -Experience of using SAGE -General office duties
