Description

Our client specialises in delivering relocation services to the corporate market and they are recruiting for a Move Co-Ordinator in Central London.  You will help to provide an all round management function to their extensive client base.  

You will also need strong MS Word / Excel / Outlook skills and be familiar with Customs documentation.  Candidates from a freight forwarding background would be preferred but is not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities include:
*   Receiving enquiries from current and prospective clients, providing information as required, and liaising with clients fully throughout the move.
*   Setting appointments for the sales people and co-ordinating their diaries.
*   Generate correspondence and processing of quotations.
*   Supplying general information relating to customs clearance, general shipping etc.
*   Responding to clients requests and keeping files up to date.
*   Maintaining close communication with customers and accounts in order to meet all their logistical needs.
*   Completing or obtaining all required documentation, ie Bills of Lading, Airwaybills, Customs documents, Insurance proposal forms
*   Close liaison with UK Resource department to ensure service delivery in line with customer expectation
*   Give accurate and on time feedback on shipment status to client/s
*   Liaise with overseas agents to ensure the timely completion of origin and destination services to required standard

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level customer service ethic and the ability to work well within a team.  Other skills required are:
*   Effective time management
*   Ability to plan and organise the workload efficiently
*   Punctuality
*   Self motivation
*   Attention to details
*   Well developed and accurate data entry / keyboard skills.

The salary will be circa £21,000+ depending on experience, for this Monday to Friday role.
