Motor Vehicle Corporate / Fleet Administrator required in Shrewsbury, Shropshire
The salary offered is dependent upon experience - in region of £16-20,000
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm - 40 hours per week
We have an opportunity for an experienced Automotive Fleet Support Administrator to join our Client's Car Dealership Business Sales team in Shrewsbury.
The successful individual will come from a Main Dealer background, and ideally bring Sales Administration experience from within a Fleet / Sales department.
Responsibilites will include:
Dealing with broker enquiries on a daily basis, including updating the broker systems
Processing vehicle orders
Arranging servicing work, valeting and vehicle deliveries
Invoicing and registering vehicles
Sending Pay-Out documents
Arranging Demonstrations for Fleet customers
Daily consignments and appropriations
What is required:
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail
Confident dealing with customers over the telephone
Comfortable working in a busy high pressurised environment
Solid administration background
Full Clean Driving License.
