Automotive Warranty Administrator required in Worcester
Salary and Package dependant on experience
Role is full time however part time may be considered for the right candidate
Our client, a Multi Franchisee Main Car Dealer Group in Worcestershire is currently looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join their busy team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for processing and inputting warranty claims for submission to the manufacturers for payment without errors. You will be expected to provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction.
The client is looking for someone with a solid warranty administration background with experience in a car dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a successful brand and exciting dealer group.
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
