Automotive Warranty Administrator- Main Dealer
Basic of £20,000
Monday - Friday 40 hours a week Full Time
We are looking to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator to work within our client's busy aftersales department in Wallsend. To be considered you must have Motor Trade experience in a Warranty & Goodwill Administrator role
Duties and Responsibilities
Input all warranty claims to the relevant manufacturer or warranty company
Providing advice on warranty and goodwill to colleagues within the company;
Correct application of Manufacturer and Group Warranty & Goodwill systems using technical knowledge, skills & experience;
Ensure correct submission of Warranty & Goodwill claims to the Manufacturer;
Document all Warranty, Goodwill & Recall work;
Accurate documentation of customer records on the DMS;
Authorise Warranty & Goodwill work in accordance with Manufacturer and Group policy.
May involve covering the Service Reception during staff holiday etc.
