Vehicle Warranty Administrator
£19,000 + Bonuses Per Annum
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (22 days holiday + bank holidays)
My client, a very successful family run dealership with multiple sites in the South Wales area is looking for a experienced Warranty Administrator to fill a brand new role they have opened due to the success and expansion of the business at the Newport Site. As no previous Warranty Administrators have been in this role before, my client is only seeking for experienced candidates at this stage.
In a customer first environment you will be coding and processing of all warranty repairs carried out within the retailer workshop. You will work closely with your team ensuring warranty procedures set out by the manufacturer are followed. You will be provided with training to support your knowledge of the processes and procedures
About you and the role:
Experience working with Warranty Claims
Transacting payment processes including invoicing and debt collection
Experience working in an automotive retailer role is essential
Experience working in a busy process driven administration role
Experience with payment processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
IT, Kerridge and ADP literate
