Automotive Sales Administrator required in Ashford, Kent
Up to £23,000 OTE
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Sales Administrator for our client's busy Main Car Dealership in Ashford, Kent
The role involves vehicle and stock ordering, stock control, taxing and invoicing for vehicles and products including new, used and fleet. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required and liaising with customers.
To be considered, candidates must have previous experience (current or very recent) within a main car dealership, preferably within a Vehicle Sales Administrator role and sound knowledge of the Kerridge System.
This is a particularly busy dealership so to succeed in this role you must thrive in a fast-paced, pressured environment, with the ability to prioritise a heavy and ever-changing workload. You must have excellent attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential as is experience using AFRL, Dealer Management Software and invoicing.
Applicants must have recent motor trade main dealer sales administration / fleet administration experience.
