Customer Focused Service Advisor with Warranty Administration experience required for Main Dealer in Southampton
Salary up to £22,000 DOE
Full Time with Saturday mornings on a rota
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor and / or Warranty Administrator with a background in franchised main dealer aftersales that enjoys working in a busy and demanding environment with the versatility to multi-task and work within both service and warranty roles. Due to the importance of the warranty procedure it is vital that attention to detail is shown at all times as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
You will hold responsibilities within the service department such as liaising with workshop and customers, ensuring vehicles are ready for collection, promoting additional work and warranties etc., as well as being responsible for invoicing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer. Applicants must have experience within a warranty position in a main car dealership.
At least 2 years experience within a main dealer is essential.
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, be extremely meticulous and have a keen eye for detail!
The successful candidate will have experience in both the Service and Warranty departments
