Service Administrator required in Oxford
Monday- Friday 8.00am-6.00pm
Sat 8.00am- 1.00pm
I am working on behalf of my client to recruit a Service Administrator for their busy aftersales department.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work to a fast pace, have strong communication and listening skills, and will need to be highly computer literate as the role will involve the use of several different systems at one time. As an experienced Service Administrator you will be required to provide high levels of customer service during your liaisons with the service front counter, warranty and technical staff. You may be required to cover the service front counter on occasions. The successful candidate will handle daily duties of preparing upcoming job cards, internal invoicing, taking telephone bookings and making follow up calls to customers who have visited the business.
The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin side of the aftersales department and providing assistance to the Aftersales Manager.
You will need to be: Organised, friendly and helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing ‘to do’ list, detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable Self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator, good with English (verbally and written), able to work in a team. Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential as is experience using Kerridge dealer management software and invoicing.
