Automotive Service Administrator
King's Lynn, Norfolk
Up to £25,000 basic + OTE
Monday - Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator on behalf of our client, an established dealership in the King's Lynn area.
As an experienced Service Administrator you will be required to provide high levels of customer service during your liaisons with the service front counter, warranty and technical staff. You may be required to cover the service front counter on occasions.
The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin side of the aftersales department and providing assistance to the Managers.
You will need to be:
Experienced as an Automotive Service Administrator
Organised and helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing ‘to do’ list
Detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable
Self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator
Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office).
Able to work in a team
