Automotive Service Administrator
Trowbridge
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary based on experience

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Service Administrator for a main dealer in Trowbridge. All interested applicants must have extensive knowledge within the automotive repair industry.

Responsibilities:

To review job documentation (job cards) and process work in conjunction with manufacturers standard text and times.
To administer and process retail work including customer invoices.
To administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacture in accordance to manufacture and company procedures.
To work in conjunction with other team members providing support and working towards department objectives.
To build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
To ensure accurate submission of warranty claims on a daily basis.

Previous experience in the motor trade and a full UK driving licence is essential.
