Motor Trade Service Administrator

We are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Administrator on behalf of our client, a Main Car Dealer in Huntingdon.
An opportunity has arisen for an extremely customer focussed candidate. The dealership is of a significant size and consequently the aftersales department can, at times, be a busy and pressurised environment to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face. The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, have an eye for detail, effective and possess the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent organisational skills are needed, and a desire to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service. Experience of a vehicle DMS would be an advantage.
As a Service Administrator and you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Friendly and professional, you will assist the Service Department with a wide range of duties including running reports and checking trends, filing, warranty claims, job card preparation, quality checks and booking holiday requests. You must be computer literate and have previous experience in a similar role preferably with motor trade experience.
