Service Administrator
Droitwich
Basic 18-20K + OTE 23K
Mon-Fri: 8AM-6PM with 1 in 5 Sat AM

My client, a reputable and prestige Main Dealer in Droitwich is looking for an experienced and personable Service Administrator to join their team. If you are looking for the next step in your career, and to join a group that values their staff and customers, then look no further!

To be considered for this role, ideally you will come from a motor trade background and have previous administrative experience within a service environment. Kerridge/ADP experience is preferred, but not essential. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate how you can deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role your main duties will include:
Greeting customers
Managing incoming calls via the switchboard
Liaising with the Aftersales and Sales teams
Dealing with general enquiries
