Vehicle Sales Administrator
Main Dealer in Norwich, Norfolk
Salary £17,000 - £25,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30

Sales Administrator required for a busy Dealership in Norwich. Ideally you will be an existing motor trade administrator from a franchise dealer or an administrator from a car dealership, however, if you show strong administrative skills and posses a great eye for detail - please get in touch!

Candidates will be working closely with the Sales Department and will form part of a critical team, providing proactive and highly focused administrative support. Your duties will include processing Sales orders, placing vehicle stock orders, stock control, and vehicle taxation and invoicing for vehicle and accessory purchases. You may be required to liaise with customers in accordance with the needs of the department. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required and liaising with customers.

The perfect candidate will have drive, a professional approach, a confident telephone manner and work on their initiative.
