Automotive Sales Administrator Required in Shrewsbury
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm | Basic salary £20k - £22k
An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, a family run, main dealership in Shrewsbury, for a Vehicle Sales Administrator. You will be based at Shrewsbury and will be required to travel to their other site, 30 mins away, once a week.
The role will involve dealing with all of the administration tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery and the re-sale of any part exchanged vehicle.
You will be the support for the Sales Executives and Sales Managers. You will also be responsible for the answering of the dealership switchboard ensuring the call is transferred to the correct department.
The successful candidate will ideally have a dealership background or an accounts background. You will be extremely organised, confident, Have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. You must be an excellent communicator and it is essential that you are a team player. You must possess excellent customer service and telephone skills as well as being polite and maintaining a professional manner at all time. The successful candidate will thrive working in a busy, high pressurised environment.
You must possess a full, clean UK Driving Licence.
