We are looking for Sales Administrator with Motor Trade experience to join a team for a Main Dealership in the Bristol area.
Tasks of the role will include:
Preparing sales invoices from vehicle orders
Ensuring that all vehicle warranty documents and delivery notes are prepared in a prompt manner
Maintain and update vehicle stock books
Maintain and update the new and used car stock filling system
Prepare cheque requisitions for all sales departments
Analyse and follow up on outstanding debts and provide reporting
Arrange for repair estimates to be carried out
