Accounts Assistant Required in Harlow
Salary: Depending on Experience
Part time hours
The Accounts Assistant will work in a supportive capacity to the Accounts department and you will be expected to do the following:
•Process purchase ledger transactions and employee expense claims
•Reconcile supplier statements to ledger accounts
•Prepare supplier payments
•Post sales ledger cash receipts including all credit card receipts on a daily basis
•Prepare sales ledger invoices and statements
•Bank and cash Reconciliation's
•Weekly debtors report
•Assisting with Month end
•All aspects of Petty Cash
•Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
•Attention to detail
Knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage.
