Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all ILR and funding data is accurate and up-to-date
- Planning and providing support on all aspects of MIS processes and systems
- Assisting the Head of Programmes to develop systems and processes to enable internal and external management reporting
- Reconciling off-site data to ensure integrity and completeness
- Creating, developing and maintaining robust procedures, which meet internal and external requirements
- Assisting in the business and curriculum planning processes, in conjunction with other colleagues
- Keeping up-to-date with sector developments

You must have knowledge of funded learning, within the training and education sector, ideally with apprenticeships

In addition you will have experience of working on MIS Systems as well as key Government and Awarding body systems

You will have a passion for data including accurate inputting, analysis and reporting

You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and be comfortable developing key processes and procedures to maintain compliance both internally and externally

You will have strong IT skills, an be competent in producing accurate and meaningful reports

On offer is an attractive salary from £22-25k depending on experience.

This role is based at their office in Melton, Suffolk with ample free parking and local transport links.

This is a full time role although flexible working will be considered for the right candidate.
