We need a digital marketing manager who can run and manage a team of 2 people.  They will also be responsible for:

  1. Develop run and manage an email strategy (we have poor skills in this area and it’s very important).  We currently use MailChimp, but can easily switch away
  2. Help decide upon the way we manage sales funnel (in conjunction with the new Telemarketing Team Leader).
  3. We are about to launch our new website.  This person must have great analytical & UX skills to maximise our website.
  4. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.  We already have traffic, but we need to keep our foot on the gas.
  5. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  6. We use an external agency to manage out PPC, but over time create a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  7. Manage and produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  8. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and customers
  9. Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  10. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements

  1. Degree in marketing or a related field
  2. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  3. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, Alexa, WebTrends)
  5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  6. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  7. Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
