Marketing Campaign Manager, Reading, £60,000

Description

The ideal candidate has proven experience in building a campaign from the ground up and can track and refine based on performance indicators; demonstrates accountability for critical pipeline and conversion targets; balances multiple audiences across field, partner and customer to create an exceptional, actionable experience; and works collaboratively with Corporate Marketing to successfully align with company objectives and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Business and Strategic Planning: Grow marketing contribution pipeline, transform how the business engages and influences buyers, and identify incremental growth opportunities by creating, executing and leading the EMEA campaign for top strategic priorities and business and sales plays, with clear goals, objectives, strategies and tactics.
  • Campaign Planning and Results Driven: Develop actionable campaign plans that can scale across field, partner and customer, with a clear focus on quality execution and campaign outcomes that lead to marketing sourced pipeline.
  • Ensure a quality database is obtained and effectively segmented
  • Work closely with the international marketing team to collaborate on programs and to obtain economies of scale by localising programs.
  • Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative campaigns for key buyer personas.
  • Manage and own a campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results.
  • Implement testing methodologies to continually improve overall campaign initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign results and optimise to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend.
  • Marketing Functional Knowledge: Proven experience leading campaigns end to end, with solid knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation, metric analysis, messaging and positioning, creative, content, and the marketing mix across the buyer's journey. Represent the Qualys brand presence to ensure high quality experience at every touch point.
  • Communications: Excels in clear and concise verbal and written communications; can lead and orchestrate virtual teams to drive alignment from concept through solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build strategic marketing partnerships internally and externally, to influence, motivate, and move the business forward. Also knows how to manage expectations clearly when plans need to shift or be managed differently using data driven decisions.
  • Track, Measure and Refine: Measure the metrics, capture and provide business insights, and consistently report impact.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing, leading and managing campaigns
  • Hands on experience with using Marketo or similar automation tools and CRM tools to report and manage funnel progression
  • High tech knowledge in software security, networking, SAAS, and/or Cloud a plus
  • Industry knowledge of latest demand generation trends, including metrics and measurement, nurture strategies, digital, online and live events
  • Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution
  • Analytical, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions
  • Collaboration and communication, including strong relationship skills inside and outside the company demonstrating positive attitude and focus on teaming
  • Willing to take calculated risks to drive big results/outcomes
  • Lifelong learner with familiarity with Google SEM, cloud CRM solutions, content management and BI tools
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills
  • Proven ability to drive for results, in a fast paced work environment
