Anson McCade is looking to fill a vacancy for an enthusiastic market researcher to support the work of senior/executive consultants and head-hunters in our Finance arm. This is an exciting post for a dynamic, tenacious individual who is career minded and money driven. You will have a strong interest in banking and finance, possibly with a degree in a related subject. This post is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop his or her career further with a view to becoming a dedicated head-hunter.

Duties will include scouring the market for the very best candidates to meet the requirements of our clients, which include major international banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions. You will be responsible for finding and talking to a range of candidates and discovering their strengths and weaknesses. You will also be required to get a feel for the future trends in the market as well as current employment situations at a range of companies.

The types of positions that you will be researching for include traders, quantitative analysts, structures, product sales specialists and other high level finance positions across all product areas.

Please be aware that your income will be heavily dependent on your performance. It is this that could transform a standard base salary into a £6 figure income. This is a role only suitable for particularly motivated personalities.

Those wishing to start a career in consultancy, we are looking for market researchers/resourcers who will assist recruitment consultants in their day-to-day business. This will potentially allow progression to a position as a head-hunter/recruitment consultant. For those already with sales experience, positions are available directly as a junior Financial Head-hunter.
