If you’re looking for a fast paced role with an ambitious company whose goal is to become the market leading provider of accountancy to the healthcare sector, our client is definitely the company for you.

They have an exciting opportunity for confident accountancy professional who is passionate about numbers, building relationships and delivering client focused support, to work within the accountancy team to deliver operational and strategic accountancy solutions to their clients.

Your commitment...

• Manage new client integration which will include site visits and meetings with both business owners and their support team
• Review and document existing processes and controls
• Roll out company recommended processes and controls to new clients
• Communicate new processes, accounting timetables to the team and ensure all areas detailed in the documentation phase are adhered to
• Main point of contact for designated portfolio of clients
• Production of management accounts from trial balance, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting with detailed analysis
• Production of Key Performance Indicator reports
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of clinicians payment schedules
• Cash management
• Maintenance of tangible fixed asset registers
• Management of payroll processing for clients and liaising with outsourced payroll bureau
• Manage and prioritise client workload within a multi-client environment
• Supporting the Purchase Ledger team as and when necessary
• Contribute to periodic reporting requirements
• Support the Finance Director in performing their role
• Manage or participate in projects as and when necessary
• Actively participate in company and client meetings
• Contribute to the Company’s Accountancy strategy
• Contribute to the Company’s marketing and social media strategy
• Identify areas of business development opportunity with existing and new clients
• Invest time in continuous personal development to maintain relevant and current knowledge and experience in Accountancy
• Champion our culture
• Challenge the ‘Status Quo’ continuously striving for better results
• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent), however may consider part qualified

• Up to £28,000 per annum
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and service based increased annual leave
