The Company: Our client has 30+ years' experience making butylithium, speciality organics and other lithium based chemicals which are used in the polymer, fine chemicals and battery industry. There is currently an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join the team, based in Bromborough, Wirral, on a temporary basis.
The Role: As Logistics Administrator, you will work on the lower tier COMAH batch manufacturing site carrying out general administrative tasks.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Updating Netback file • Freight invoice checking • Invoice scanning and sending to Accounts Payable • Investigating invoice discrepancies • Goods receipting • General updating SharePoint ISO details • REACH substance tracking • Supplier Complaint Management • Tied Oil reporting • Supplier OTIF • Daily adjustment to sales orders for month end using ZTCOM • Updating transit times • Running open orders report (finding missing paperwork)
Essential Criteria for the Logistics Administrator job:
• High degree of accuracy/numeracy • Reliability • Able to work with limited supervision after training • Strong communicator • Comfortable working cross-functionally • Ability to collate information to generate reports • Strong Excel skills
Desirable Candidate Criteria:
• Knowledge of SAP
