2 x Part Time roles (18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 26th June 2020)

Hull College Group is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 26,000 students every year.

We are currently looking to recruit two part time Library Assistants / ILT Support Advisors to join us to work as part of a team assisting in providing a libraries and information service in the College and supervising student IT support within Hull College Libraries.

Applicants should have experience of customer service work, preferably in a library environment to apply for this post.  A good general level of education is required along with a knowledge of IT systems for the purpose of inputting, retrieval and enquiry work.  An understanding of the type of work undertaken in an education library and the general needs of its clientele would be an advantage.

The post will require an individual who can function both as a member of a team and as a person capable of making independent service decisions under pressure in a busy environment.

The successful applicant will be required to work an 18.5 hour week, including up to two evenings and Saturdays on a rota basis.
