Description
Invigorate Recruitment are assisting our local client in their search for a Lettings Manager to join a busy office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Landlords and Tenants with a professional lettings service and the development and overall profitability of the lettings department. Close liaison and integration with the sales team is also crucial.The Candidate:
• Relevant experience within a senior lettings role is preferable.
• Confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
• A strong knowledge of the residential lettings industry.
• A good level of computer literacy and experience of basic software packages.
• An ability to work as part of a team and on ones own initiative.
• A good level of organisation and administration skills.
• A driver’s licence is essential in order to carry out the role.
