Lettings Co-ordinator
Kirkby in Ashfield

Our client is looking for a Lettings Co-Ordinator at their busy lettings office in Kirkby in Ashfield.

The role includes accompanied viewings, preparing inventories, attending when Tenants move in and move out, periodic home inspections, handling calls for property repairs, liaising with Landlords and general office administration.

Hours 9 to 5.30 Mon to Fri, alternate Saturdays 9 to 1. Must have own car.

National minimum wage paid plus mileage.
