Lettings and Homeownership Assistant Opportunities (Administrator) SOUT66837
Based in Didsbury
£21,337

Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that they work in. The Trust is a “not-for-profit” landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.

Two exciting opportunities have arisen in the Sales & Commercial Property Team for Lettings and Homeownership Assistants to join them, one on a permanent basis and one on a fixed term contract for 3 months.

An excellent administrator who is able to adapt to regularly changing demands and priorities, the Lettings and Homeownership Assistant will be part of a team that covers the following key areas of business at the Trust:

•    Shared Ownership
•    Market Rent Property Management
•    Leasehold Management
•    Right to Buy and Right to Acquire
•    Insurance Management
•    Fraud prevention and detection

The Sales & Commercial Property Team is a new team with a focus on developing the Trusts homeownership service. They are seeking to recruit someone who can adapt quickly to change and take on the challenges that come with working in a small but busy team. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision. In addition, the right candidate must be a team player who can meet the needs of the teams’ diverse customer base.

They are particularly seeking someone with experience in the Right to Buy, Leasehold Management or fraud detection and prevention but are keen to speak to anyone with the right transferrable skills.

The Trust offers a 35 hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, other staff benefits and 25 days holiday rising to 30 days

Closing Date: 13th July 2018
Interview Date: 19 July 2018

Our client is committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from suitably skilled people from all sectors of the community.
