Independant Estate Agency based in Bexhill are looking for an experienced Letting Agent to join their team. As a professional letting agent with some previous experience, you will be taking day to day responsibilities for inspecting, valuing and letting clients properties, negotiating tenancy agreements, viewings and guiding clients through the letting process. The right candidate will be energetic and organised, possess excellent communication skills and have a pro-active and professional approach. You will be expected to actively promote clients property and ensure the smooth running of the letting process from new instruction to move-in. This position is initially to cover maternity leave, but could lead to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.
