Lettings Administrator

Based centrally my client is a busy and successful lettings agency. With seasonal peaks and troughs, they are looking to bring on a true paperwork worm, someone who can deal with high volumes of compliant paperwork, all that needs to be checked and ensured it is completely correctly and n time.

To be considered

  • Advanced in Word and Excel
  • Solid administration career
  • Enjoys dotting i's and crossing t's
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good timekeeper & team player

This position requires a good eye and whilst can repetitive, you are pivotal to the team to ensure the paperwork is complete so the tenant can move in so you will be uber organised! You will need to be confident on the phone in order to chase tenants for signed documentation.

Full time role with in in 4 Saturdays (p/t)
