Front of house, administrator working for a very busy lettings agency.
Meeting and greeting customers coming into the office and handling their enquiries regarding property enquiries, rent queries and general information needed!
Answering the telephone and dealing with issues and enquiries, ensuring they are forwarded to the right person. You will liaise with property managers, landlords, maintenance contractors, therefore need to be able to handle multiple queries.
Taking rent payments, deposits too. You will need to have letting contracts signed and offer out keys on collections.
You will work on the internal database and outlook handling emails so attention to detail is required, in order to ensure paperwork is up to date and correct.
