Elevation are currently working on a brand new role for a key client based in the Rotherham area as they look to appoint a confident, ambitious & knowledgeable professional to head up their Lending Department.
Working for this very reputable business, you will be overseeing the Lending Team and take responsibility for the overall performance of the companies loans and all related compliance and banking. With a probing-mind and a keen eye for detail, you will analyse all lending policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with the FCA. Day to day, you will oversee daily banking processes, authorise payments, reconcile bank accounts and deal with a variety of bodies including solicitors, lending companies and Brokers.
The successful candidate must be comfortable in an environment where they will be expected to attend and host meetings with various departments in order to improve business requirements and standards and present various data and findings. As a lead in the team, you will also be expected to continually review and develop your staff by the way of coaching sessions, 1:1's and appraisals.
