Ideally the successful candidate for the role must have experience of working within a commercial law environment.
You will work for various fee earners in a busy department. This role will involve full secretarial support across the department which will include diary management, digital dictation, filing, client liaison over the telephone/email and utilising a case management system.
You must have proven and precise typing skills (via digital audio) and an accurate presentation of work. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential for this busy position. A professional and attentive telephone manner and a methodical approach to work, which needs to be completed under strict deadlines, are vital for this role.
Duties include but are not limited to –
Producing & amending letters/forms/reports and documents
Dealing with file opening and other associated procedures
Liaising with clients by telephone and email
File closing to include all closing activities
