Description
An exciting opportuity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly succesful team within a Bristol based law firm.
The role will be supporting three fee earners within the Real Estate team.
You will be responsible for:
*Secretarial and administrative tasks, providing assistance to others when neccessary.
*High volume audio typing
*Creating/amending documents and legal letters
*Billing
*Client Liaison
*Diary and travel arrangements
To be succesful in your application you must have experience working in commercial conveyancing, and it is essential that you have experience of using the Land Registry website and completing SDLT on line. Previous experience with document management systems would be a distinct advantage.
Legal secretarial experience is a must and this should be from a audio typing focussed role, rather than a PA background.
