We are seeking to appoint a Secretary in our progressive and forward thinking firm to support our Commercial Property team.   You will be providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support enabling the team to operate at optimum efficiency.  The role will include audio typing and diary management along with the preparation of high quality correspondence and legal documents.

 The post holder is expected to use a high degree of self management and initiative and to maintain a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service ensuring quality service to clients is always achieved.    You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Word  including the use of tracked changes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  The ideal candidate will have used electronic document management/case management systems, be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment along with good organisational and time management skills.
