Legal Secretary/Administrator
Leicester - Part Time, Job Share
Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9.00 - 5.00 (21 hours)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our support team in our Leicester office. Working primarily with our Family Fee-Earners you will be available to provide support and assistance across all disciplines when required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing legal documentation and liaising directly with clients over the telephone and occasionally face to face. The role will also involve accurately preparing legal documents and bundles and ensuring client files and databases are kept in order and up to date. Furthermore you will be responsible for making appointments and arranging meetings on behalf of our Fee-Earners and managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls in to the departments.
You will have previous experience of working in a legal environment in a similar role providing support at a high level. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of providing client care are essential as are Microsoft Office skills and the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines.
