Legal Secretary

Hull

A reputable law firm in Hull is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Legal Secretary in their property team.

You should have excellent client care skills, fast and accurate typing skills and excellent admin and PA skills. Due to the nature of the work the ability to work in a confidential manner is critical.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Audio and copy typing, producing documents for presentations
  • Legal secretarial support
  • Liaising with clients, providing updates and taking accurate messages
  • Dealing with diary management
  • Updating the case management system
  • Chasing invoices and typing bills

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Significant legal secretarial expertise within property (Residential/Real Estate)
  • Ability to manage all elements of work-flow, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm and professionalism
