This is a busy role with lots to get your teeth into. You'll be involved with the production of complex legal agreements, making amendments using tracked changes and preparing comparison documents as well as audio transcription of general correspondence. You will also be responsible for diary management and organising meetings, travel and accommodation as necessary, client billing including preparation of bills and assisting with client reporting using excel spreadsheets undertaking property related procedures and tasks, file maintenance (both electronic and paper based) as well as ad-hoc non fee earning administrative tasks.
What does the candidate look like?
Previous legal secretarial experience is desirable. You'll have excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. If you are organised with a flexible approach, have a good eye for detail with the ability to work to deadlines and have experience of dealing with complex agreements/documents then we really want to hear from you.
