Are you an experienced legal secretary or administrator who is proactive, focussed and adept at delivering excellent client care?


The opportunity


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and reliable and wants to deliver support which is over and above that of a traditional administrative or legal secretarial service.  As an Executive Support Assistant, working in our fast-paced Birmingham office, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional hands-on support to our team of lawyers so that together we can get the best possible results for our injured or mistreated clients. 


You will work in our modern, open-plan office, alongside a team of collaborative and committed support staff and will have day-to-day contact with dedicated lawyers working on a range of interesting employment cases.   


The role


We are looking for a talented individual to help our lawyers’ progress cases by actively assisting them through the delivery of a range of important support tasks.  From producing key documents and managing diaries/arranging appointments to acting as a key point of contact for clients, defendants and third parties, no two days are ever the same.


To thrive in the role, you will need to have excellent time management and organisation and a keen eye for attention to detail.  You will be provided with access to the latest technology and software to assist you to deliver a first class service.  You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing feedback and recognition to ensure you have the opportunity to make a difference and shine.
