I am currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to join a well established and growing law firm. This is a full time role based in Northampton but you may be required to cover absence within the other offices. You will provide full secretarial support, including diary management, meeting and greeting clients, audio transcription, submitting searches and handling telephone queries from clients and/or third parties. General typing/correspondence and document work, alongside the preparation of legal forms where required.
To be successful in this role you must:
¿ Have around 12 months legal secretary experience
¿ Operate independently and part of a team
¿ Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills
¿ This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
¿ You will be able to organise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines
¿ You will be confident and have strong communication skills
¿ You will be professional, personable & detail orientated
¿ A full UK driving license is required.
