Description
A highly successful, Top 100, Bristol based firm is looking to recruit a Legal Office Assistant on an initial six month contract.
You will be responsible for:
· Filing
· Opening and Distributing post
· Supporting the case handlers with administrative Duties
· Dealing with inbound customer queries
· Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
· Preparing papers and documents for case handlers
· General photocopying
· Collection of cheques from cashiers
· Prepare outgoing post
· File closing
To be considered for this role, you will have a stable career history with solid administration experience. Ideally you will have similar experience within a law firm.
