Legal Cashier/Credit Controller
Manchester City Centre
£20,000 + Excellent Benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Cashier/Credit Controller to join a well established Manchester City Centre Law firm within there friendly accounts team.
The successful candidate must have experience within legal accounts.
- Ring clients and ask for outstanding debts
- Solve any queries that clients have.
- Liaise with Clients over the debts outstanding
- Provide detailed analysis to clients of bills and cash received
- Send out standard letters
- Provide reports for Finance
- Client to office transfers
- Allocate BACs payments
- Help the legal cashiers with any queries
- Help fee earners with any balances
- Ensure monies held in client which are not required are return promptly
- Take Credit card payments over the telephone.
- Check credit ratings
- Develop the credit limits system
- Send out statements
- Adhoc tasks as required
